2025 Girls Fall House League

SPRING PROGRAM DETAILS

Patriot Lacrosse House League

Our house league is open to any/all players K-8 that are new to the sport, families that are juggling multiple Spring sports, and/or returning players that are just looking for a local opportunity. Our aim is a low stress, family friendly option, that doesn't require a huge commitment, but still introduces platers to the game. Each practice for grades 3-5 will run for 90 minutes, with 60 of those minutes focused on skills development, and 30 minutes dedicated to games. No weekend commitment! K-2 practices / scrimmages will run for 60 minutes, with 40 minutes of skills development and 20 minutes dedicated to games.

  • Early Bird Registration: Dec. 19 - Jan. 11
  • Regular Registration: Jan. 12 - Jan. 31
  • Program Duration: Mid March - Mid May
  • Practice Location: Explorer Park, John Stone or Fairfax

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When should I hear from a coach?: You should hear from a coach no later than March 1, 2025. 
  • When do practices start?: Practices will start mid March.
  • Where are practices held?: Explorer Park, and possibly Fairfax or John Stone, depending on numbers - Your coach will let you know!
  • Do I need to purchase a jersey?: Yes, a reversible pinnie will be sold and distributed separately. Cost will be $20. 
  • What time are practices held?: TBD

Player Costs

  • K-5: $200 ($175 if you register by Jan. 11!)
  • Annual USA Lacrosse Membership: $30 
  • Patriot Pinnie: $20

Equipment

Gear for our house league will vary based on age. Please see chart above. Sticks will be provided for players that need to borrow one, additional boys equipment is available for rent.

Uniforms

The Fall Uniform for our boys and girls program is our practice pinnie. Pinnies are $20 each and will be available for purchase at the parent meeting. Can't make it? Please contact our Uniform Chair: Felicia Mohr

Patriot Lacrosse Fields

ExPLORER PARK

We are planning to have our house league practice and scrimmage at Explorer Park. Practice days vary based on the team, but our house program practices Mondays & Thursdays. There is a path around the perimeter of the park, as well as a small playground. There are no restrooms at this location.

John Stone Park

4017 Family Pl, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Our girls program hosts practice at John Stone Park. Practice days vary based on the team. Coaches select practice days. John Stone Park is located next to the Briargate YMCA. There is a path around the perimeter of the park, as well as a small playground and skate park. There are no restrooms at this location.

Fairfax Park

A few of our boys teams practice at Fairfax Park. Practice days vary based on the team. Coaches select practice days and practice field location.  Fairfax Park is located next to Prairie Hills Elementary. There is a path around the perimeter of the park, as well as a small playground. There are no restrooms at this location.
