Excited and humbled to take on this role! Here's a little about me...

Patriot families,
It is with excitement and humility that I write to you as the new Boys Director of Ops with Patriot Lacrosse. First and foremost, I want to thank Adrian Nolasco for his time and efforts over the last two years. This type of volunteer role is often a thankless job, but Adrian led with purpose and passion. I also want to thank the Patriot Board for entrusting me with this opportunity to serve our league.

A little about me; I grew up playing lacrosse across many levels in Northern Virginia. I come from a long line of coaches and teachers, most notably my grandpa who coached college football for nearly 30 years and my mom who is in the Potomac Chapter of the USA Lacrosse Hall of Fame as a high school girls’ coach. I graduated from Syracuse University in 2019 and moved out to Colorado Springs at the beginning of 2020.

Over the last three years, I had the privilege of leading a group of boys through their last six seasons with Patriot Lacrosse. We went from a 6 th grade team that did not win a regular season game in the fall of 2021 to an 8 th grade team that lost only one regular season game in the spring of 2024. More importantly than the on-field success, I am incredibly proud of the people those boys became over our time together. Currently, I lead the older boys house group (4th -6th grade) and help with the Air Academy high school boys’ teams.

If we have yet to cross paths, I look forward to meeting you on a lacrosse field soon! Together, we will continue to create a positive and challenging environment for your boys to grow and learn. Please never hesitate to reach out to me directly with any questions or ideas and THANK YOU for all you do as parents to make this league and this sport thrive. You can reach me at the email address Adrian used to have: patlaxboys@gmail.com, or at the number I've listed below.
