2024 Boys Fall House League

FALL PROGRAM DETAILS

Patriot Lacrosse House League

Our house league is open to any/all players K-8 that are new to the sport, families that are juggling multiple Fall sports, and/or returning players that are just looking for a local opportunity. Our aim is a low stress, family friendly option, that doesn't require a huge commitment, but still introduces platers to the game. Practices will run on Mondays and Thursdays each week from Sep 5th - Oct 17th. Each practice for grades 3-8 will run for 90 minutes, with 60 of those minutes focused on skills development, and 30 minutes dedicated to games. No weekend commitment! K-2 practices / scrimmages will run for 60 minutes, with 40 minutes of skills development and 20 minutes dedicated to games.

  • When should I hear from a coach?: You should hear from a coach no later than September 2, 2024.

  • Do I need to purchase a jersey?: No, coaches will have pinnies available at each practice.

Equipment

Gear for our house league will vary based on age. Please see chart above. Sticks will be provided for players that need to borrow one, additional boys equipment is available for rent.

RENTALS

Patriot Lacrosse offers Gear Rental for our boys program. This program is meant for players that are BRAND NEW to lacrosse as we only have a select number of kits. This year we are renting helmets & gloves on a first come, first served basis while supplies last for 3rd and 4th graders for $30 (full pads for house league begin in 5th grade).

For players in grades 5-8, we have full rental kits available on a first come, first served basis. Rental equipment is meant primarily for beginners. Rental Cost: $60 plus a $325 deposit check that we hold onto until all the equipment is returned at the end of the season. For gear rental inquiries, please reach out to Rob Malone.

ExPLORER PARK

We are planning to have our house league practice and scrimmage at Explorer Park. Practice days vary based on the team, but our house program practices Mondays & Thursdays. There is a path around the perimeter of the park, as well as a small playground. There are no restrooms at this location.

John Stone Park

4017 Family Pl, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Our girls program hosts practice at John Stone Park. Practice days vary based on the team. Coaches select practice days. John Stone Park is located next to the Briargate YMCA. There is a path around the perimeter of the park, as well as a small playground and skate park. There are no restrooms at this location.

Fairfax Park

A few of our boys teams practice at Fairfax Park. Practice days vary based on the team. Coaches select practice days and practice field location.  Fairfax Park is located next to Prairie Hills Elementary. There is a path around the perimeter of the park, as well as a small playground. There are no restrooms at this location.
